An experienced engineer can be on-site within a couple of days to assess and repair your problem on most TEMs/SEMs and their accessories. We offer an affordable daily rate and aim to fix the problem onsite. Otherwise we can offer a repair at our workshop before we replace it.

We can provide a service contract for any number of days all the way up to unlimited, which includes a yearly PM visit.
Our skilled TEM engineers are experienced in performing FEG tip changes for Philips, FEI, and Thermo TEMs, including bakeouts and repairs. In addition, we can repair ancillaries such as air compressors, rotary pumps, water chillers and computer equipment. We always offer repair before replacement to keep costs affordable.

Our workshop manager has decades of component level electronic repair experience. High voltage power supplies, CRT monitors, PCs, circuit boards… Backed up by a wealth of spare parts, there’s not much he can’t fix!
We can repair and fully test all kinds of EM accessories, including rotary pumps, scroll pumps, water chillers, and everything in-between. In addition, our comprehensive workshop with a plethora of tools allows us to offer minor mechanical modifications if an ‘off the shelf’ part is off the cards.
