Philips XL30 Tungsten Filament SEM with Point Electronics Upgrade

This system is both user-friendly and extremely capable, whilst the simplicity of a tungsten gun means it is also inexpensive to operate and maintain. The upgraded microscope control system by Point Electronic takes the ease of use and reliability of the XL30 and combines it with a modern PC and software to greatly extend the operating life of the instrument.
